
Colson Baker(born April 22, 1990) is professionally known as Machine Gun Kelly (MGK), is an American musician, rapper, songwriter, and actor. Before signing with Bad Boy Records, Machine Gun Kelly (born on 22 April in 1990) is famous for his blend of alternative rock and hip hop. In 2012 He released Lace Up, his first studio album. It reached the top spot at four on the US Billboard 200. It included his breakout single "Wild Boy", which was performed by Waka Flame. General Admission (2015) and Bloom (2016) were both commercial successes. The latter featured the single "Bad Things" featuring Camila Cabello, which reached 4th on the Billboard Hot 100. The album he released in his fourth, Hotel Diablo, was the first album of rap rock. In 2020, Machine Gun Kelly's fifth album, Tickets to My Downfall (2020), was released. It was a departure from hip-hop, and a shift to pop punk. The album debuted at the top spot on the Billboard 200, the only rock album to achieve that that year, and contained the single "My Ex's Best Friend" that climbed to number 20 on the Hot 100. The album's sequel Mainstream Sellout (1922) was an immediate commercial success. Machine Gun Kelly has also appeared in the thriller based on a techno theme Nerve (2016) and the terrifying Bird Box (2018). He also appeared in the comedy Big Time Adolescence.
