Rodrigo Alves was born to the parents of a Brazilian mother and the British father on the 30th of July 1983 . She was born in Sao Paulo. [4] Her father, Roserval Alves, hailed from an ethnically Portuguese family, who came to Brazil during the 1940s. 5 The primary business of the family was agriculture. Later, however, they added retailing and property. Her grandfather purchased Barbie dolls to her while she was a youngster. Alves was born a male nevertheless, she thought she must have been a female from the age of "three and four, five and six". The girl also enjoyed playing with dolls, dressed in cross-dresses as well as enjoyed playing with them. [6][7] She feels people are not defined solely as gender-based. She was a shy child and was bullied and shy. Alves had to endure bullying as a teenage girl because of hormone imbalance. Insufficient estrogen causes breast tissue to increase. Alves her family has several Brazilian grocery stores, and has made them rich. But, Alves is yet to generate any revenue from these stores as of 2018. 10.
